The recipes are simple yet quite delicious. We cover a huge variety of dishes: from pizzas on the braai to Teriyaki salmon; BBQ ribs; Corn in their husks with a chilli-lime sauce; Fresh asparagus; Sliders with caramelized onions and roasted sweet potato chips; and not to miss out on a sweet ending, we’ll end with Caramel Malva pudding!
