Welcome to my cooking school where we all come together to share our love of food. In the personal ambience of my home and garden, we will interact and taste wonderful fresh flavours.
I will share recipes with you so that you can feed your families and friends. We will learn new tips and techniques and enjoy many of the wonderful ingredients that are available in this beautiful country of ours.
Classes are either demonstration-style (which are large groups) where students watch the preparation of the recipes and then taste them afterwards, or workshop-style, which are small groups, divided into teams and interactive. Each team prepares the recipes; we then come together to complete the dishes and always sit down together to share the food at the end of the workshop.

Great cooking isn’t only about the recipes – it’s about techniques. I love sharing my passion with you, but like to keep it to discussions about the recipes and food only. We start exactly on time, so please allow enough travel time to get a good seat.
