3 cups flour
1½ tbs sugar
6 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 jumbo eggs, beaten
1½ cups sour cream
Preheat oven to 200°C. Spray some muffin tins.
Mix dry ingredients together in food processor. Add cut up butter and mix until crumbly.
Whisk the sour cream with the egg in a bowl.
Add nearly all the beaten egg and cream (keep some aside for brushing tops). Pulse to process until dough just comes together. Roll out onto a floured surface and cut with a cookie cutter.
Drop into the sprayed muffin tins.
Brush tops with remaining sour cream and egg mixture.
Bake in 200°C oven for 10-15 mins.
